Vaughn is identical to his twin brother, standing 5'5, weighing 156 lbs. He's not very muscular, but certainly not overweight. He keeps his dirty blonde hair in a mushroom cut he has Faxy take care of. He probably would never cut it if Faxy didn't. His bangs frame his dark blue eyes. He's a jeans, sneakers, t-shirt kinda guy, usually having to do the sniff test on his clothes. Almost every one of his t-shirts has some gaming reference on it. He carries around his laptop bag all the time which is covered in World of Warcraft patches and pins. For the Horde! 

Personality:

Vaughn is a total computer geek and uses his skills to create all kinds of mischief. Vaughn is rather introverted can be often found most often in his room, typing away furiously on his laptop. He suffers from Bi-polar disorder which makes his very emotional and temperamental, a major drawback of his Water Elemental abilities. Vance is the only one who can really calm him down when he gets into one of his moods. When he's in a good mood, he'll go out with his twin and create havoc around the town. He loves pulling pranks on people, especially his older brother Tate. While he may pick on his own family, Heaven forbid anyone else does. He's fiercely protective of his family, especially his twin brother.

History:

Vaughn was the second twin born. He cried a lot as a baby and always seemed thirsty. When he was three his mother was fawning over Fax and didn't get him his sippy cup like he demanded so he went and drank out of the toilet which made his mother pretty upset. He learned early to get his own water because he just always needed it. He was a difficult child, always moody and got into a lot of trouble in school for throwing fits over the littlest things. His brother Vance was always there to calm him down and keep him from getting into too much trouble.   His older brother Tate was mean to him when they were young, but as they got older, the three of them get along better and would play all kinds of pranks together. And when Fax was born, the Fitzwilliam quartet was unstoppable. Vaughn learned sign language to be able to communicate with Faxy. When Vaughn was 10 years old he learned the magic of computers. He was always fiddling with remotes and his electronic toys, taking them apart and making them better. But he got his first junker computer at the age of 10. He fixed it up himself and got it working from parts he fond in dumpsters and such. It was at that point he became more introverted, spending a lot of time in the room he shared with Vance, learning the ways of the internet. He started hacking soon after and hasn't stopped since. He plans on becoming good enough to hack into the Pentagon, but so far he's only had luck with the school computers hacking wise.  When he was 15, Vaughn was diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder. His over protective mother panicked and became obsessed with him taking all of his medication and going to therapy once a week. Vaughn can't stand it. He's convinced there's nothing wrong with him and skips his pills as often as he can get away with it. Therapy is a joke and he spends most of is time in therapy expressing how stupid the whole concept is.   Vaughn and Vance are very close. They always get into trouble together and get out of trouble together. On the weekends they like to create havoc around town, Vaughn on his bike and Vance on his skateboard. Vaughn looks to Vance for guidance and support.  

Flaws

Bi-Polar Disorder - Vaughn suffers from bi-polar disorder. It makes him moody and irritable. He has to take several different pills to keep his moods in check, which he skips as often as possible. 
Persistent Parents - Mama Fitzwilliam is very protective of all her boys and Vaughn is no different. Since diagnosed with Bi-Polar, she's forever on him to take his pills and is making him go to therapy. It drives him batty because he just doesn't think there is anything wrong with him.  
Trouble Maker - Vaughn likes to create mischief and pull pranks which have a tendency to get him and his twin into trouble. They're beginning to border on criminal.

Merits

Mechanical Aptitude - If it has electronic parts, Vaughn can fix it, build it, tweak it out, you name it. His speciality is computers, of course.
 Lightning Calculator - Vaughn is a math wiz. If it has numbers, he can do it. It helps him a lot in his computer programming. 
Iron-will - Vaughn will hack into the Pentagon one day. Until then, he'll trash local networks. But nothing will stop him from his ultimate goal!
